How to complete your yearly Update with DCHA

Applications for assistance with Delaware County Housing Authority (DCHA) must be updated once a year. This year you may experience a new process on how to do so. In February of 2016 DCHA started the process to make our Application process paperless.

Did you know? Each person in the United States uses 749 pounds (340kg) of paper every year (adding up to a whopping 187 billion pounds (85 billion kg) per year for the entire population.

So how do you update?

First you MUST create an account in our online portal.

A valid Email address is needed to do this, please use the links on the page below to create an email address as well, if needed.

- Please note, all questions must be answered as completely as possible to link your account and application together.

If you are being asked for a registration code please Click Here to request your code.

Once you are in our database you will be able to make any changes to your account that are needed. Your status is reflected under Waiting List Information, and then Waiting List Details. Your Position number is where you stand on each waiting list. If you have any additional questions regarding the status of your application, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.
