How to complete your yearly Update with DCHA
Applications for assistance with Delaware County Housing Authority (DCHA) must be updated once a year. This year you may experience a new process on how to do so. In February of 2016 DCHA started the process to make our Application process paperless.

So how do you update?
First you MUST create an account in our online portal.
A valid Email address is needed to do this, please use the links on the page below to create an email address as well, if needed.
- Please note, all questions must be answered as completely as possible to link your account and application together.
If you are being asked for a registration code please Click Here to request your code.
Once you are in our database you will be able to make any changes to your account that are needed. Your status is reflected under Waiting List Information, and then Waiting List Details.
