Times have changed and so has Delaware County Housing Authority (DCHA).

 

Today DCHA’s Kinder Park Mid-Rise Community Room is a HUB for older citizens and the disabled to meet new friends, have fun, enjoy a hot meal, volunteer their time, or learn something new.  That’s why more and more senior citizens are visiting the KPMR Community Room on a regular basis.

All DCHA residents age 62+, and the disabled age 18+, are invited to participate in Center activities

being conducted in the Kinder Park Mid Rise, 1847 Constitution Avenue, Woodlyn PA, 19094.

 

   The DCHA Center can be accessed by driving, taking the Septa Bus Route #113 to Mac Dade Boulevard and Bullens Lane, or by using the Community Transit Transportation System, or SEPTA for the Disabled. 

 

If you drive, please remember to park in the Executive Office Parking Lot located on Mac Dade Boulevard and Bullens Lane in Woodlyn.  When you enter the complex, make a quick right and you will be in the Executive Parking Lot.  The Senior Center is located a short distance away at 1847 Constitution Avenue, in the same building where you pay your rent.
