Notice to Bidders

 

Request For Proposals will be received by Delaware County Housing

Authority Executive Offices, 1855 Constitution Avenue, Woodlyn, PA 19094 until

10:00 AM June 12, 2008  for furnishing all of the cleaning materials and performing

all of the work for Janitorial Services to The Authority. 

 

The Bids will be publicly opened at the above time and place. Each

proposal shall be submitted on a form furnished by The Authority and may be

obtained at the Purchasing and Procurement Warehouse or online below.

 

There is a Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting at the

Purchasing and Procurement Warehouse

1827A Constitution Avenue, Woodlyn, PA 19094 on

May 29, 2008   at   10:00 AM.

 

If you, or a representative does not attend

the Pre-Bid Meeting - your bid will not be considered.

 

Delaware County Housing Authority’s Programs are administered in

accordance with State and Federal law without regard to race, color, religious creed,

implementation of Section 3 of the Housing and development Act of 1992 and will to the greatest extent feasible insure that employment and other economic opportunities generated by this HUD assistance be directed to low and very low income persons, particularly persons who are recipients of HUD assistance for housing and to the business concerns which provide economic opportunities to low and very low income persons. Delaware County Housing Authority’s Economic Opportunity Plan describes in detail the opportunities to be provided in the areas of contracting and employment.
